Buffalo, NY 14202

There are two (2) judges in Buffalo, Judge Carl L. Bucki and Judge Micheal Kaplan. The judge in Rochester is Honorable Paul Warren. You don't have to get dressed up for the meeting although it's okay if you do. Just don't go in ripped jeans and t-shirt. Once your case is called, it usually takes 5 to 10 minutes and the trustee's will ask a number of questions to make sure your bankruptcy petition is complete and nothing is omitted.
